Wikirby's old skin!

Broken and unmaintained for a long time, it has been updated and made to work with MediaWiki 1.39 for both April Fools 2023, and to preserve a classic and beloved skin.

This skin was originally written by "Steve" https://wikirby.com/wiki/User:Steve, and recreated/updated by dkpat https://dkpat.dev

Work to fix up the skin for 1.39 was undertaken by Ampera for WiKirby's 2023 April Fools event.
